The Series runs on people. Eight titles, weekly match nights from October to April, a live broadcast and two LANs — delivered by a team that mostly started out as players. We're recruiting for the 10th season.
You don't need experience in esports operations or broadcast; we train. You do need to be reliable on weeknights and actually contactable.
Open to students, graduates and people outside third level alike. You don't have to be attached to a college to work on the Series.
You're the reason match night starts on time. Game Admins set up the custom lobbies, check rosters and eligibility, handle pauses and disputes live, and file the Game Day Report afterwards. Most weeks that's one or two nights, Monday to Thursday, roughly 19:30–23:00.
No previous tournament admin experience needed — we train you, and you shadow before you run anything on your own. What we can't train is turning up when you said you would.
Run the stream: OBS scenes, overlays and lower-thirds, replays, and keeping the show on the rails when a series goes long. Our templates are built with dynamic fields, so you're operating a package rather than rebuilding one every week.
Most weeks that's one or two nights, Monday to Thursday, roughly 19:30–23:00. If you've streamed your own gameplay and understand scenes and sources, you're closer to this than you think.
Open Division finals weeks go out live, and the Nationals broadcast is the biggest thing we do all year. We want casters who can carry the twelve minutes where nothing happens, not just call the highlights. Most weeks that's one or two nights, Monday to Thursday, roughly 19:30–23:00.
Play-by-play or colour. You don't need a broadcast CV — send us anything you've recorded, even a VOD you casted over for your own amusement.
The Series lives on Discord, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube as much as it does in the server. This role covers match-night posts, results and clips, and building the season’s story across the year rather than one post at a time.
Good fit if you already make content for a society or a team and fancy a bigger audience than one college.
