Hi {{first_name | there}},
Season Ten registration closes on Sunday 11 October. Winter starts the next evening so make sure you sign up today or you’ll have to wait until the Spring semester opens in December.
Open Division one night a week for 8 weeks
Nine titles this semester in the Open Division, each with a fixed night and one in collaboration with Red Bull Ireland. Rounds start on 12 October and finals week is now locked in for w/c 30 November, before exams kick in.
Night | Title | Teams |
|---|---|---|
Monday | Valorant | 5v5 |
Tuesday | Teamfight Tactics | Solo entry |
Tuesday | Rocket League | 3v3 |
Wednesday | Counter-Strike 2 | 5v5 |
Thursday | League of Legends | 5v5 |
Thursday | Marvel Rivals | 6v6 |
Friday | Overwatch | 5v5 |
Friday | F1 | Solo entry |
EA FC27 is the ninth game running alongside the season, the Red Bull Wings Cup. More on that one early next week.
Marvel Rivals is now permanent
We trialled it in the Spring semester to find out whether the demand was real, it was. Leading into the 2026/27 series we’re delighted to confirm the title a regular feature for the Open Division across both Winter and Spring in 202627 on Thursday nights.
Premier Division sign up process
Premier Division is for the best team in each of the game titles from your institution against the rest of the island, broadcast all season.
Because those teams represent their college/university, entry runs through your esports or gaming society rather than an open form.
Talk to your committee this week. No society, or not sure who's running it this year? Get in touch by email on [email protected] or raise a ticket in discord — we can help you there.
Ten days
Ten days is enough time to get a team together, it’s not enough time to put it off though.
