It’s simple – just scan the QR code above to enter the Red Bull Tetris Collegiate Series Leaderboard. You’ll then be able to compete on the official leaderboard, with your scores tracked automatically.

I’ve joined the Collegiate Series Leaderboard, does this mean I can still qualify for the Ireland Finals?

Yes – The Collegiate Series Tetris Leaderboard is a sub leaderboard to the National one. Red Bull created this to give Collegiate Series members an increased opportunity to advance to the National Finals, as they are competing within a smaller, more focused group. The top player on this leaderboard will advance to the National Finals on 6th November.

Is this an official game title for the upcoming 2025/26 Series?

Not in the same way as our Premier or Open Division titles – but it is being treated as an official side tournament within the Collegiate Series. Think of it as a mini-tournament that plugs into the wider Red Bull Tetris ecosystem, giving you the chance to compete against your peers and chase a spot in the Ireland Finals to then compete for a place in the Dubai World Finals.

Will the placings we get here go towards our overall Collegiate Series leaderboard position?

No – Red Bull Tetris runs as its own standalone leaderboard. Your results here don’t affect your team’s position in the Premier or Open Division leaderboards. Instead, your placings count only for the Tetris tournament and Finals.

Do I need to be on a Collegiate team already to take part?

No – you don’t need to be part of a Premier or Open Division team to play. This is an individual competition, open to all registered Irish students so please encourage your friends to drop in with you.
